Thank you for considering Art to Use® Photo Studio for your Senior Portrait Pictures.

Your senior year marks the end of an era and the beginning of another. It is a year of fear about the unknown future and excitement about the possibilities ahead. It is a year of change. Capture a moment of this special year and preserve the memory with your senior portrait. We can make your senior portrait in our studio for the yearbook, with special portraits of your interests, as well as at scenic locations of your selection. With our flexible scheduling and a number of picture packages we will fit you individual needs with quality images at reasonable prices. 

So what should you expect?

First of all I hope you are as excited about making your portrait as we are. We will start with a meeting to discuss your desires and requirement for your portrait. Most schools have specification for the senior picture for the yearbook. Besides these requirement, we will discuss your activates in and out of school, your likes and dislikes as well as what outfits you look best in. Then we will discuss backgrounds and locations that you would like. Then we can set a schedule for your photo session. Also we will explain the different portrait packages and session fees.   

Your portrait session will take from one to six hours depending on your desires and requirement for your portrait. If we are going to photo on location, we usually divided the session into two parts, one in the studio and another on location. Most of the time these two sessions will be on different days, in that posing for photos can be more tiring that you think. After the photo session, we will process the images and then have you come to the studio to view the images electronically. After making a preliminary review, we will make you a private access web page so you u can view your images at your leisure. From the images on the web page you can make your chooses for the picture prints you would like. Photos may be ordered as individual prints or from packages that offer some saving over individual prints.

Prices that are listed are for 2009 and will be adjusted after the first of 2010.

Art to Use Studio Session Fees

The session fee is our photo studio fee for the photo session. It is our cost for the time, equipment used and expertise when taking your pictures. the session fee does not include any finished print. Payment of the session fee is due when your pictures are taken.

Photos taken in studio only

• Approximately 1/2 hour to 1 hour Professional Portrait Session at Art to Use Photo Studio.
• 2 Outfit
• 10 poses to choose from
• Enlargement orders or special print packages will be available for an additional fee. 
• $25.00 session fee

$15.00 for electronic file for yearbook only, ( Electronic file for yearbook is free with any special print package or a minimum $60.00 print order).

Standard

• Photos taken in studio, and using outdoor sets at Art to Use Photo Studio.
• Approximately 2 to 3 hours Professional Portrait Session
• 3 outfits
• Additional people, pets and items may be included in these portraits. 
• 20 poses to choose from
• personal web page set up. Web page will be on-line until your graduation.
• Enlargement orders or special print packages will be available for an additional fee. 

$60.00 session fee

Deluxe

• Photos taken in studio, and using outdoor sets at at Art to Use Photo Studio.
• Additional photos taken at one outdoor location within a 20 mile radius of the Art to Use studio.
• Approximately 3 to 4 hours Professional Portrait Session
• 4 outfits
• Additional people, pets and items may be included in these portraits. 
• 30 poses to choose from
• personal web page set up. Web page will be on-line until your graduation.
• Enlargement orders or special print packages will be available for an additional fee. 

$75.00 session fee

Ultimate

• Photos taken in studio, and using outdoor sets at at Art to Use Photo Studio.
• Additional photos taken at two outdoor location within a 20 mile radius of the Art to Use studio.
• Approximately 5 to 6 hours Professional Portrait Session
• up to 6 outfits
• Additional people, pets and items may be included in these portraits. 
• 50 poses to choose from
• personal web page set up. Web page will be on-line until your graduation.
• Enlargement orders or special print packages will be available for an additional fee. 
• $95.00 session fee

Payment and Ordering Your Portraits.

When you place your order you are expected to pay 1/2 of the order cost. The remaining balance must be played when you came to pick up your prints.

There will be a $25 fee for any check returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

We accept checks, cash, visa, master card and discover.

Print Package Prices

The following print packages are designed to save you money. Package prices cost less than individual print prices.

Extra poses can be added to any package for an additional cost of $10 per pose.

Substitution may be made to these packages for the following print.

Extra pictures can be added to any package by using the print pricelist.
